• Method development – Correct wavelength/viewing mode and isotope selection, interferences – spectral and m/z, determine correct internal standards to use and validation of method
• Data evaluation – correcting for background and interferences, stability, and sensitivity verification, Examine calibration curves for R², LOD and saturation, QC data, carryover, and drift correction
