Vertical Gel Systems
The omniPAGE range comprises three sizes of gel chamber, Mini 10x10cm, Mini Wide 20x10xm and WAVE MAXI 20x20cm. These systems are ideal for running precast or handcast polycrylamide gels for SDS-PAGE or Native PAGE.
Each power supply has a 2.4″ LCD display. Constant voltage, current and power options are available as well as pre-programmed or customer programmed conditions allowing users to save and repeat their experiments for exceptional reproducibility.
Blot Transfers Systems
The omniPAGE range of Modular Vertical Gel Systems allow multiple electrophoresis techniques to be performed in the same unit. Using the same main tank and lid, three different modules are interchangeable for PAGE, tube gel and electroblotting techniques. We also offer Semi Dry Blotters which offer rapid transfer times for DNA, RNA and protein blotting-typically 15 to 30 minutes.
Reagents and Chemicals
Five buffers are available in powder sachets for a range of native and denaturing protein gel electrophoresis techniques. Protein markers are suitable for accurate molecular weight determination of most cellular proteins. Blotting membranes are supplied in sheet form and as a 3m roll which can be cut to size. LumiGO is an ECL substrate with stable light output for low picogram detection level. The LumiPRO is our top performance product with an extremely high signal intensity and stable light output for low femtogram detection level.
Gel Documentation and Analysis
The chemiLITE is designed for imaging any chemiluminescence substrate and as a direct replacement for X-ray film, it is capable of picogram or femtogram protein level detection. The chemiPRO is our complete solution, featuring a highly sensitive cooled CCD camera with high quantum efficiency, for detection of picogram level proteins, this system can image both conventional ECL style chemiluminescence blots and fluorescently tagged proteins of antibodies with the optional fluorescence module.
