𝗜𝗦𝗢 𝟭𝟰𝟲𝟰𝟰-𝟯:𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟵 𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱𝘀; 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀
ISO 14644-1 shall be carried out in order to classify a cleanroom by airborne particle concentration. ISO 14644-3 Table 2 lists other appropriate tests that can be used for measuring the performance of a cleanroom or clean zone installation.
